30-day Drawing Challenge! Day 1 - Draw Yourself

Decided to try the 30 Day Drawing Challenge. So here's two versions of me:

Me at work where I do Flash and Mobile games and draw a lot in Flash. ...Which has unfortunate consequences.

Me after I've calmed down from my Flash-related outburst.

30 days challenge - Myself (Heather Houghton)

30 days Challenge - Myself

This is a quick illustration I did of me with my dogs. I enjoy running as well, and it was based off a moment when I just started jogging with them both and Gottie (the big dog) was galloping gracefully next to me and I just felt really badass for a second.

My little dog, Jack is blind. And I'm a terrible seeing eye person.

havent been doing the sketch topics because i've been devoting my art time to this. trying to get more detail in the faces and render things out more, since usually my art is super sketchy and fast and not rendered at all.

Red Riding Hood - Lauren Wong

FINALLY FINISHED! After months of on and off progress. The ZSketch monthly topic actually inspired me to start a series of pieces based on an existing body of work I've been doing for a couple years now (what I fondly call my "Crying Girls Series").
