30-day Drawing Challenge! Day 1 - Draw Yourself

Decided to try the 30 Day Drawing Challenge. So here's two versions of me:

Me at work where I do Flash and Mobile games and draw a lot in Flash. ...Which has unfortunate consequences.

Me after I've calmed down from my Flash-related outburst.

This is a quick illustration I did of me with my dogs. I enjoy running as well, and it was based off a moment when I just started jogging with them both and Gottie (the big dog) was galloping gracefully next to me and I just felt really badass for a second.

My little dog, Jack is blind. And I'm a terrible seeing eye person.

havent been doing the sketch topics because i've been devoting my art time to this. trying to get more detail in the faces and render things out more, since usually my art is super sketchy and fast and not rendered at all.

Spent about 2 hours getting the proportions as close to the show as I could.

Retouched it in photoshop to make it more symmetrical.

I did this real quick in Painter. It's my first sketch on my new Cintiq 21 oooooOooOooh. 25m.

Then I played with the contrast/exposure levels in Picasa. 5m.

ZBrush 4 off and on for about an hour

Photoshop 90min.  Color comp was working out at first so I started over in monotone to get the values right and worked from there.

Pretty fun story and I liked the main character so it gave me something to draw.

Update, she was supposed to be bald and i wanted to have another go at her outfit. I did some things better but I don't like her expression and face so much as the first one. oh well, part 2
